Judge Justin Bartels dealt with the following cases during January:

Angelica Mariah Campos, 25, pleaded guilty to driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked; operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense; and operating with expired registration. The court found her guilty on all three charges and sentenced her to a total of 190 days in jail with all but two suspended. She was fined a total of $600 and charged $105 in court costs.

Additionally, Campos pleaded not guilty to theft, a misdemeanor. She was found guilty, sentenced to six month in jail, all suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs. 

Campos also entered a no contest plea to criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. She was found guilty and fined $15 plus $85 in court costs.

Kristin Michelle Giles, birthdate unknown, pleaded guilty to obedience to speed limits. She was fined $50.

Claire Rosemary Frank, 21, per a change of plea was guilty of theft of property by embezzlement, first offense. She was sentenced to six months in jail. Frank was fined $250 and ordered to pay $250 in restitution plus $85 in court costs.

Anthony Carl Olson, 27, pleaded guilty to operation without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.

Scott Allen Barber, 48, forfeited a $225 bond and $85 in court costs for the offense of false reports to law enforcement authorities (to implicate another or a false incident), a misdemeanor. 

Darius Jaquay Williams, 20, pleaded guilty to driving without a driver’s license (has never possessed one). Williams was found guilty and sentenced to six months in jail, all suspended, and fined $200 plus $35 in court costs. Williams also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $250 plus court costs. Additionally, Williams pleaded guilty to failing to yield to vehicle on through highway. William was found guilty and  fined $10 plus $35 in court costs.

Charles Edwin Williams, 53, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to stop at a traffic signal. 

Joshua Lander Conatser, 37, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration.

The following people forfeited an $85 bond for speeding: Melany Dee Unrau, 37; Joey Jay Ybarra, 25; John Michael Moon, 68; Daniel Mark Schaner, 24; Jeffrey Robert Markette, 24; Delila Dede Aman, 52; Tyler Evan Cates, 33; Samantha Lee McNair, 18; Cheryl Lynn Woolsey Desjarlais, 59; Katy Jon Non Culp, 24.
