Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases April 8-14:

Jesse Shawn Uhde, 37, pleaded guilty to partner or family member assault, causing bodily injury to partner or family member. He was fined $115 with $15 suspended and charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Kayla Louse Moran, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. She was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.

Carmi Otoupalik Moulding, 41, forfeited a $150 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. Moulding also forfeited a $30 fine and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

The following individuals were found guilty to speeding: Vicoria Bryn Larson, 64, fined $55; Mark David Johnson, 55, fined $70; Sandra Little Mahlum, 80, fined $20; Teryn Lee Waldenberg, 31, fined $95.

Ariel Francis Parker, 25, forfeited a $250 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to carry proof or exhibit/insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense.

Cassandra Diane Harris, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. She was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.

Ross Kelsey Gillin, 41, forfeited a $150 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.

Adrianna Michele Lund, 25, forfeited a $250 bond and $35 in court costs for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Penny Ann English, 31, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation.
