Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases April 22-28:
Zacharie Thomas Martin, 23, forfeited a $250 fine and $35 in court costs for failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense.
Susan Marie Pierson, 63, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license.
Paytra Dawn Starkel, 45, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $100, $85 in court costs and was sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.
Stein Erick Anderson, 31, forfeited $75 in fines for unlawful possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle on highway.
The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Charles Jerome Gilson Jr., 57, fined $65; Tina Marie Bean, 57, fined $55; Susan Marie Batiuchock, 61, fined $55; Denny Ward Wilson, 76, fined $20.
Jenae Nicole Schmautz, 39, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
The following individuals were fined $20 for seatbelt violation: Melissa Denese Hertz, 44; Jacob Lee Smith, 24; Monica Wagenman Lindeen, 52; Richard Collin Skane, 52.
