Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases June 10-16:

Robert Lee Gunderson Jr., 43, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $100, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

David Ray, 21, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $200, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended. All suspended for 6 months.

Jennifer Marie Windon, 25, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was fined $250, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 6 days in jail with 4 days suspended. Windon also pleaded guilty to ROW violation, failing to yield to vehicle on through highway. She was fined $50 and $35 in court costs. Windon also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. She was fined $250 and charged $35 in court costs.

Stuart Arthur Morton, 59, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for careless driving.

Tara Michelle Healy, 19, forfeited a $20 fine for seatbelt violation.

Julianna Herakmeyer Elverud, 33, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. She was fined $250 and charged $35 in court costs.

Ty Lewis Ohern, 44, forfeited a $250 bond and $35 in court costs for operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. Ohern also forfeited a $20 fine for seatbelt violation.

Sheldon Delon Brost, 20, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.

Tara Michelle Healy, 19, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.

Tyler D. Hildreth, 20, pleaded guilty to seatbelt violation and was fined $20. Hildreth also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, third or subsequent offense. He was fined $500, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 8 days suspended.

Deanna Dolores Thomas, 72, pleaded guilty to failing to obey red (stop) traffic signal. She was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Tanya Yvette Mcleod, 47, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was fined $350, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 6 days in jail with 4 days suspended.

Dustin Caleb Croft, 35, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.

Kimberly Marie Robinson-Slack, 42, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.

Kevin Thomas Scheigert, 50, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation.

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Ramon Emil Mercado, 32, fined $85; Chelsey Rachel Sams, 30, fined $85; Krik Allison Mackenzie, 77, fined $85; Linda Marie Bennett, 57, fined $20; Tanya Yvette Mcleod, 47, fined $85; Daniel Lee Carvey, 54, fined $65; Holly W. Butlett, 60, fined $20; Joshua Seth Felton, 37, fined $70; Lawrence Russel Hunter, 61, fined $20.
