Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases June 17-30:

Jason S. Hill, 35, pleaded not guilty to criminal mischief, pecuniary loss less than $1,500. He was found guilty and fined $50, $250 in restitution, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Carol Rae Koenig, 68, pleaded not guilty to failing to obey instructions of traffic control devices. She was found guilty and fined $50 and $35 in court costs.

Sydnie Anne Kritenbrink, 55, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $200, $35 in court costs, and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Preston Quinn O’connell, 34, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $100, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended and credited with 1 day.

Denise Lyn Calflooking, 52, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $200, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Patrick Earl Kanta, 41, forfeited a $135 bond for failing to follow conditions and requirements of special permit.

Adam Joseph Wickey, 34, pleaded guilty to failing to stop and ID self after striking unattended vehicle, first offense. There were no fines.

Cody Garrett North, 21, forfeited a $250 fine and $35 in court costs for operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense.

John Lawrence Koehler, 24, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was fined $500, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 8 days suspended.

Janice W. Nemmers, 60, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense.

Thomas Moore, 47, pleaded not guilty to criminal trespass to property. He was found guilty and charged $85 in court costs.

Alex R. Mehall, 27, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for no motorcycle endorsement.

Casey Cash Spang, 24, pleaded not guilty to assault. She was found guilty and fined $100 and $85 in court costs.

Teresa Marie Couvion, 19, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over the age of 18). She was fined $100 and $85 in court costs.

Jacob Michael Mitchell, 36, pleaded not guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, third or subsequent offense. He was found guilty and fined $350, $35 in court costs, and sentenced to 10 days in jail. Defendant may do 30 days house arrest in lieu of jail.

Travis Laroy Bailey, 32,pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.

Sylvesta Edward Reddick, 45, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $100 and $85 in court costs.

Charles B. Pluff, 23, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over age 18), first offense. He was found guilty and fined $100 and $85 in court costs.

Collin R. Hardy, 21, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol. He was fined $600, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

The following individuals were found guilty of operating with expired registration, failure to reregister and were fined $85: William Roddy Oden, 26; Jacqueline Colleen Ortner, 40;

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit: Erin Meeks Erickson, 40, fined $95; Christina Lilestrand, 64, fined $85; Skylar John Browning, 41, fined $20; David Ray Tolley, 43, fined $20; David Miller, 56; Kristina Lynn Wiggins, 33, fined $85; Mollyo Nicholson, 66, fined $70; Ashlie Breanne Fromm, 27, fined $20; Makalyla Renee Etzel-Davis, 19, fined $105; Bryan Gates Peterson, 20, fined $70; Stephanie Alaine Morton, 33, fined $65; Robert Todd Bell, 49, fined $85; Jennifer Ione Hogan, 45, fined $55; Donald Eugene Adams, 59, fined $85; Jeffrey Don Meyer, 22, fined $55; Angela Beltran Stockfish, 51, fined $55; Gerald M. Fritts, 70, fined $85; Thomas Blake Humphreys, 76, fined $20; John Michael Overholtzer, 21, fined $200.

Jennifer Marie Harris, 30, pleaded guilty to vicious dog control-license or unlicensed. She was fined $35 in court costs.

Steven Moon Thompson, 22, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation. Thompson also forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for careless driving.

Grant Isaac Parks, 21, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for improper passing, in no-passing zone. He was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.

Christipher R. Drebes, 22, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over the age of 18), first offense. He was fined $99.85 and $85 in court costs.

The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: Jeffrey Jay Brander, 46; Carolyn Olson Cole, 66; Cody Garrett North, 21; Jaelyn Colleen Ellenwood, 20; John Lawrence Koehler, 24; Makalyla Renee Etzel- Davis, 19; Sylvesta Edward Reddick, 45; Andrew Rodger Connell, 22, fined $20;

The following individuals were found guilty of the amended charge of driving without a valid driver's license: Jerry P. Bennett, 51, fined license: Jerry P. Bennett, 51, fined $135; Ericka Mychelle Cook, 36, fined $135; Daniel Ryan Greiff, 29, fined $135.

Sylvesta Edward Reddick, 45, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $250, $35 in court costs, and sentenced to 6 days in jail with 4 days suspended. The defendant may serve jail out of county at own expense. Reddick also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (60 grams or less), first offense. He was fined $200, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 1 day in jail with 1 day suspended. Reddick also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.

Connor Eugene Benson, 25, pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.

Sean Dupuis Perry, 34, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for turning when unsafe to do so.

Alyssa Marie Harrell, 20, pleaded guilty to speeding, exceeding restricted special zone speed limit. She was fined $60 and $35 in court costs. Harrell also pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. She was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.

Jonathan Michael Hart, 27, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for careless driving.

Andrew Rodger Connell, 21, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. He was fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 2 days in jail with 2 days suspended.

Clayton Alex Trimble, 22, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $285 and sentenced to 6 days in jail with 4 days suspended.
