Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases Feb. 24-March 9:

Shaylynn Reid, 20, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. She was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Tabatha Jayne Nelson, 20, pleaded guilty to the amended charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. She was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Zackary Lloyd Rienhardt, 25, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation. Rienhardt also forfeited $350 and $35in court costs for operating without liability insurance in effect- second offense.

Chelease Nicole Alien, 32, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $1,000 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

Matthew David Cook, 29, pleaded guilty to driving without a drivers license. He was fined $250 and charged $35 in court costs.

Austin Leonard Anderson, 22, pleaded not guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was fined $550 with $300 suspended and charged $35 in court costs.

Hendrick Beagley Dockstaer, 24, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation.

Marcus Lee Rowan, 27, forfeited a $150 fine and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.

Trina Dawn Zak, 44, pleaded guilty to aggravated driving under the influence, first offense. She was fined $2000, with $1000 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended. Zak also pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. She was fined $510 with $100 suspended and charged $75 in court costs.

Franklin Richard Dieterich, 62, forfeited a $100 fine and $35 in court costs for violation of commission or department orders or rules.

John Lawrence Sonderegger III, 44, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

Robert K. Ewing, 31, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and fined $500, with $100 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days with 150 days suspended. Ewing also pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle-owner or operator-first offense. He was found guilty and fined $510 with $250 suspended, charged $25 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.

Jeffrey Stuart Rathbone-Brown, 47, pleaded not guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. He was found guilty. He was charged $500 with $400 suspended, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Donald William Thomas Peterson, 25, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was fined $2,000, with $1,400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

Aaron James Jolstead, 29, forfeited a $20 fine for seatbelt violation.

Katie Ann Moore, 20, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $1,000, with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

Ryan Richard Reum, 36, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $100, with $50 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.

Jennifer Lynn Hawkins, 45, forfeited a $20 seatbelt violation.

Ella Jane Lindbergh, 18, pleaded guilty to careless driving. She was fined $135 with $50 suspended.

Frank Albert Contrerars Jr., 32, pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Brittney Marie Wersonick, 30, forfeited a $20 fine for seatbelt violation.

Charles Randolf Wright, 55, pleaded guilty to providing feed causing unnatural concentration of game animals. He was fined $150, and charged $35 in court costs.

Jacob Thomas Fowler, 21, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted special zone speed limit.

Randi IEEANNA Westlie, 26, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation.

Steven Lee Samsel, 54, forfeited a $140 fine and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted special zone speed limit.

Elizabeth Denise Paddock, 35, forfeited a $30 fine and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted special zone speed limit.
