Judge James A. Manley sentenced the following people on June 7:

Joshua Roy Olund, 28, of Ferndale, was given a three-year deferred sentence for an amended charge of criminal endangerment. He was originally charged with rape after allegedly having sexual relations without consent with a 14-year-old 20 times in the summer of 2014, according to a court document. He was ordered to begin serving 30 days of house arrest by June 21.

Diana Lee Dalke, 37, of Polson, was given a two-year deferred sentenced for criminal possession of dangerous drugs. Another drug charge was dismissed as part of a plea agreement. She was ordered to pay $710 in fines and fees and to get a chemical dependency evaluation. She thanked the judge for the opportunity to turn her life around.

Judge Kim Christopher sentenced the following people on June 8:

Justin Duane Onesalt, 29, of Pablo, had a suspended sentence revoked for a probation violation. He was given a 10-year sentence in the Department of Corrections with six years suspended for negligent homicide stemming from a June 2005 rollover in which his brother, Marcus Onesalt, was killed. He was given credit for 80 days in jail and recommended for the Missoula Assessment and Sanction Center (MASC) and the tribal re-entry program. Onesalt was originally sentenced to 20 years with 15 suspended and was later sentenced to 15 years with 10 suspended after a probation violation.

Serena Tarango, 19, homeless, was given a six-month jail sentence with all but five days suspended for misdemeanor assault on a police officer. The charge was amended from a felony after she admitted to kicking an officer who tried to pick her up off the ground on Jan. 29, 2016.

Delsa Lynn Brown, 30, of Polson, was given a two-year deferred sentence for criminal possession of dangerous drugs. She was given credit for five days in jail and ordered to complete a chemical dependency evaluation. Christopher recommended she use the services of the tribal re-entry program.
