Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases from June 9-15:

William Michael Cadle, 67, was found guilty of the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. He was fined $300 with $100 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Sufia West, 51, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. She was found guilty and charged $300 with $100 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Lacosta Dawn Lilley, 40, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $1000 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

Madison P. Kelley, 22, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was fined $500 with $500 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Kenneth Craig Haydon, 58, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater-second offense. He was found guilty and fined $2000 with $800 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 360 days suspended.

Haily Marie Hornsby, 17, pleaded guilty to careless driving and was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Stacey L. Walter, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over the age of 18) – first offense. He was fined $100 and charged $85 in court costs.

Cameron Joel Mitchell, 52, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs.

Scott Gordon Marshall, 30, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for improper passing.

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Henry Cole Rickert, 23, fined $20; Luiz Alverto Sanchez, 36, fined $135; Jennifer Mae Lundberg-Deneut, 33, fined $105; Robert Thomas Wolfenden, 68, fined $95; Gregory Adam Parker, 62, fined $105; Monty Ellis Spencer, 73, fined $20; Jifeng Li, 24, fined $70.
