Editor,
Have you noticed the floral display at the Polson Flathead Historical Museum at 708 Main Street? The South Shore Garden Club has sponsored this exhibit since sometime in the 1990s when Art Swanson built the first planter in honor of Connie Lindsey. The flowers for the 2017 display were donated by the South Shore Greenhouse and the museum keeps the plants watered. Private donations and volunteer labor are important contributions to keeping Polson beautiful. Many thanks to all those people who are doing something to help.
