Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases July 21-27:

Christina Marie Payment, 25, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $600, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Cindy Hanson Johnson, 61, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. She was fined $100, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Casey Dean Nitschke, 24, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $600, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Richard Bruce Morgan, 67, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was fined $100, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

John Paul Meeks, 31, pleaded guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. He was fined $200, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

William Scott Wezeman, 44, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of aggravated driving under the influence, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $1000, with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 363 days suspended. Defendant requested sheriff’s labor detail.

Kurtis William Snell, 27, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, second offense. He was fined $2000, with $800 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 360 days suspended.

Dewayne L. Kemp, 53, pleaded guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. He was fined $250 and charged $85 in court costs.

Adrian Thomas Lemmon, 18, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $150 and charged $85 in court costs.

Matthew James Hertz, 35, forfeited a $50 bond and was charged $35 in court costs for careless driving.

Marlena Lee Looper, 25, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was fined $250 and charged $35 in court costs.

Joseph Michael Miciewicz, 32, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense. His driver’s license was suspended for 12 months, he was charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 7 days in jail. Miciewicz also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and fined $35.

Caliope Jane Mikulecky, 21, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. She was fined $500, charged $85 in court costs.

John Lynn Graham, 60, pleaded guilty to fleeing from or eluding a peace officer. He was fined $200, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.
