Judge James A. Manley sentenced the following people on Oct. 4:
Nicholas Ayers Olson, 31, of Polson, received a three-year sentence to the Department of Corrections for felony DUI and two suspended six-month sentences to jail for misdemeanor DUI. The felony was Olson’s fourth DUI conviction. He has a prior DUI conviction from April 2015. The current offenses were from incidents that occurred on Sept. 18 and Nov. 8, 2015 and Feb. 13, 2016. On the latter, Olson had a blood alcohol content of .084 and was driving on Old Highway 93 with a suspended license, according to a court record.
James L. Parker, 50, of Ronan, received a three-year sentence to DOC for criminal possession of dangerous drugs (methamphetamine).
Patrick W. Gladue, 29, of White Sulphur Springs, was given a one-year deferred sentence after a two-year deferred sentence from Aug. 13, 2014 was revoked because Gladue failed to report to his probation officer, complete a GED and finish paying off fines. Gladue, formerly of Polson, was originally sentenced for criminal possession of dangerous drugs.
