Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases Oct. 20-Nov. 2:

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: James Andrew Johnson, 38, fined $65; Spencer Marshal Simonson, 18, fined $70; Kyle Angelo Warner, 23, fined $20; Haley Jo Headley, 21, fined $65; Kali Rae Cantrell, 21, fined $105; Scott Thomas Edwards, 34, fined $55; Jessie Rae Adams, 28, fined $20; Dharma Rose, 57, fined $135.

Lonnie William Muth, 48, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and fined $550 with $300 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended. On a separated date Muth was again charged with driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He pleaded not guilty and was found guilty and was fined $550 with $300 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended and credited with 2 days.

Rachel H. Pate, 18, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over age 18), first offense. She was fined $100 and charged $85 in court costs. Pate also pleaded guilty to possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (60 grams or less) – first offense. She was fined $510 with $300 suspended and charged $75 in court costs.

Vic Jason Sabie, 37, pleaded not guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended and charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended. On a separate date Savie was again charged with obstructing a police officer and pleaded not guilty. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended.

Michael Robert Turcotte, 32, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for failing to register O/S MV when used for hire or person gainfully employed in Montana.

Kevin James Moll, 26, pleaded guilty to displaying fictitious, altered, etc. license plates. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs. Moll also pleaded guilty to careless driving and was fined $60 and charged $25 in court costs.

Kail Edmond Pope, 22, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving. He was found guilty and fined $300 and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Meagan A. Snodgrass, 39, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of negligent endangerment (substantial risk – death/serious bodily injury). She was fined $1000 with $500 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 362 days suspended. She may do 10 days of house arrest in lieu of jail.

Chad Alder Carpenter, 55, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for failure to stop at Invasive Species Management Area Check Station.

Adam R. Albin, 41, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (60 grams or less) – first offense. He was fined $500 with $300 suspended and charged $85 in court costs.

Randy Lynn Mathes, 63, pleaded guilty to licensee or employee selling an alcoholic beverage to a person intoxicated or under the age of 21. He was fined $550 with $400 suspended and charged $35 in court costs.

Travis Jay Williams, 29, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was fined $2000 with $1400 suspended and charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

Ryan Michael Wheatley, 35, forfeited a $200 fine and $35 in court costs for operating a commercial motor vehicle without a commercial drivers license, first offense.
