James A. Manley sentenced the following person on Nov. 22:
Richard Shawn TwoTeeth, 48, of Polson, was given four years and one month in the Department of Corrections with three years suspended for his fourth DUI. According to a court document, TwoTeeth was charged after a vehicle struck a light pole at the intersection of Light Road and U.S. Highway 93 in Pablo on June 16, 2015. He was given credit for five days in jail and recommended for placement in an alcohol treatment facility. He was ordered to pay $6,460 in fines and fees.
