Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases Nov. 3-30:

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Gabriel P. Butler, 39, fined $65; Carolyn M. Wyatt, 35, fined $85; Justin W. Sands, 44, fined $105; Jasmine Nicole Boisvert, 24, fined $55; Clay W. Koski, 47, fined $20; Breanna Marie Johnson, 19, fined $120; Teresa A. Adams, 63, fined $70; Craig Richard Mcintyre, 72, fine $20; George Hamed Moreno, 76, fined $55; Dennis Lee Smith, 32, fined $70; Houston Charles Purser, 28, fined $65; Simon Crawford, 47, fined $20.

Mary Rachelle Mathis, 36, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $300, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Devin Jeffrey Adams, 24, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. In the alternative operating with alcohol concentration of .08 percent or greater 61-8-406. He was found guilty and fined $2000 with $1400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Ian Patrick Jordan, 27, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $150 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

William Daniel Daughtery, 60, pleaded guilty to ROW violation, failing to yield to vehicle making left turn. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Seth Matthew Cheff, 17, forfeited a $250 fine and $35 in court costs for failing to give notice of accident by quickest means with apparent damage over $1000, first offense.

Kenneth Jay Flynn, 62, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $300 with $100 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 45 days suspended.

David Vernon Sandry, 55, pleaded not guilty to leaving the scene of an accident resulting in injury or death without express permission from law enforcement. He was found guilty and fined $210, charged $25 in court costs and sentenced to 20 days in jail with 20 days suspended. Sandry also pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of careless driving, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $100 and charged $35 in court costs.

Mary Lauria Beneventi, 60, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for improper passing, highway ahead obstructed.

Jimmy Glen Graham, 60, pleaded not guilty to violation of a protective order, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $500, with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended. (Concurrent with TK-17-926)

Nathaniel Ray Warner, 21, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for improper passing in no-passing zone.

Michelle Parr, 45, pleaded guilty to ROW violation, failing to yield to vehicle on through highway. She was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Janiece Elaine Hamilton, 62, was found guilty of carless driving. She was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Tanner Sheridan Hames, 17, pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Scott Russell Taylor, 24, pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Steve B. Thorson, 60, pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Wade Henry Laufenberg, 31, forfeited a $100 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to follow conditions and requirements of special permit.

Michael Paul Davis, 59, forfeited a $100 bond and $35 in court cost for failing to follow conditions and requirements of special permit.

Gian Andrea Borriello, 38, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for failure to stop at invasive species management area check station.

Dennis William Ahenakew, 20, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over the age of 18), first offense. He was fined $100 and charged $85 in court costs.

Dale Leroy Probert, 49, forfeited a $100 fine and $35 in court costs for violation of commission or department orders or rules.

Dino Wade Cristadora, 51, pleaded guilty to licensee or employee selling an alcoholic beverage to a person intoxicated or under the age of 21.

Adrian Salgado Pulido, 35, pleaded guilty to assault. He was fined $500 with $350 suspended and charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 1 day in jail with 1 day suspended.
