Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases Jan. 5-11:

Bruce Nicholas McGlashan, 30, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of careless driving. He was found guilty and fined $100, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail.

Sheryl Rae Clark, 63, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a driver’s license. She was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Colleen Rhea Kelley, 57, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $1000 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Joseph D. Nangle, 25, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $300 with $200 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended.

Mathew Thomas Parisi, 49, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving. He was found guilty and fined $300 with $200 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Kayla Liegh Moll, 24, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance, second offense. She was fined $500 with $150 suspended and charged $35 in court costs. Moll also pleaded guilty to failing to have child under 6 years old and less than 60 pounds properly restrained. She was fined $110 with $50 suspended and charged $25 in court costs.

Nicholas Leroy Johnson, 31, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
