Polson Beautification Committee gives thanks, needs help

The Polson Beautification Committee of GPCF sponsors Clean Up Green Up, a community clean up event the first weekend in May. The 2018 event will be held May 4, 5 and 6. Watch for green and white posters downtown. The committee wishes to thank business leaders, organizations and individuals who have accepted an assigned area to keep clean all year. Thanks are also extended to those people who keep the areas around their homes and work places attractive and free of trash.
In addition to Clean Up Green Up the Beautification Committee sponsors a Polson Community in Bloom contest in summer, The Season of Lights event in December, care of the bump-outs downtown, and the flower garden (soon to be made bigger and better) at the junction of Highways 93 and 35. The Beautification Committee needs volunteers with energy and ideas. Call Agnes Rinehart (406-883-1842) or Mary Jenson (406-849-5288) or any committee member if you can help.
