Dennis Coulter, 38, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $300 with $100 suspended, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended. Coulter also pleaded not guilty to failing to give notice of accident by quickest means, apparent damage over $1000. He was found guilty.

Shelby Nicole Vincent, 18, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $1000 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Bryon Dean Griffin, 54, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $250 suspended, charged $35 in court costs, forfeited a $285 bond, was sentenced to 2 days in jail with SLD completed 7-13-18.

Jarod Barton Schwab, 30, pleaded not guilty to improper turn, interfering with other traffic. He was found guilty and fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Mary R. Ducharme, 44, pleaded guilty to speeding, and was fined $55. Ducharme also pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended and charged $35 in court costs.

Wayne Lee Kibler, 37, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended, charged $35 in court with 180 days suspended.

Corey Allen Patterson, 22, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (60 grams or less), first offense. He was fined $450 with $200 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 2 days in jail with 2 days suspended. Patterson also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $460 with $400 suspended and charged $75 in court costs.

Stephen Bruce, 67, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and fined $535 with $285 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to jail for 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.

Robert James Steele, 35, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Zachary Zavarelli, 18, pleaded not guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended. Zavarelli also pleaded not guilty to leaving the scene of accident resulting in property damage over $1000 without permission of law enforcement. He was found guilty and fined $310 with $100 suspended, charged $25 in court costs and sentenced to 20 days in jail with 20 days suspended.

Dillon Reed Edwards, 25, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $250 with $100 suspended and charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Steven Michael Reynolds, 39, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. He was fined $1000 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Tammy Lynn Akins, 44, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $300 with $100 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Michael Rossi, 54, pleaded guilty to basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense. He was fined $85.

Amelia Shephard, 44, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of operating with alcohol concentration of .08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $2000 with $800 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.

Jamie Jolene Parker, 28, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Robert Joseph Turpin, 39, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. He was fined $300 with $100 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended.

James Darl Headlee, 60, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for careless driving.

Matthew Edward Gibson, 54, forfeited a $60 fine and $25 in court costs for improper passing – in no-passing zone.

Brianna Lucille McGrew, 20, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over the age of 18) – first offense. She was fined $300 with $200 suspended and charged $85 in court costs.

Dustin Lee Johnson, 24, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $500 with $400 suspended and charged $85 in court costs.

Ken Louis Thuerbach, 72, pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Dallas Anthony Smith, 45, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for illegal entrance or exit to restricted access highway.

Elysia Segura, 22, pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. She was fined $500 with $400 suspended and charged $85 in court costs. Segura also pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. She was fined $110 and charged $25 in court costs. Segura also pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. She was fined $1010 with $400 suspended, charged $75 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

Aspen Kaye Bauer, 17, pleaded not guilty to speeding, exceeding restricted/ special zone speed limit. She was found guilty and fined $50 and $35 in court costs. Bauer also pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. She was fined $110 and charged $25 in court costs.

Cheryl Ann Weatherell, 70, pleaded guilty to ROW violation, failing to yield to vehicle on through highway.

Robert William Anderson, 67, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for exceeding the 15-foot maximum overhang limit on log trucks (center rear axle to log end).

Dale Michael Whalen, 36, forfeited a $90 fine and $35 in court costs for failure to file an application for identification number with the county treasurer.

Paul Joseph Groom, 41, pleaded not guilty to partner member assault, causing reasonable apprehension of bodily injury in partner, family member, second offense. He was found guilty and fined $510 with $500 suspended, charged $75 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 357 days suspended and credit given for 8 days.

Emmett John Ault, 46, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs.

Otto Bruce Brueckmann, 39, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended. Brueckman also pleaded not guilty to criminal contempt. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Bryan Geoffrey Williams, 31, pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and was fined $500 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Robert Joseph Cathell, 46, pleaded not guilty to theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $200 and charged $85 in court costs.

Nita Michelle McLoughlin, 23, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty and fined $500 with $250 suspended and charged $35 in court costs.

Johnny Flores, 76, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for ROW violation, failing to yield to vehicle on through highway.

Jonathan Jesse Peterson, 18, pleaded not guilty to criminal trespass. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs, and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Merlyn James Snyder Jr., 37, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $250 with $250 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail. Snyder also pleaded not guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. He was fined $260, charged $25 in court cost.

Benjamine D. Repnak, 20, pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Paul Joseph Groom, 41, pleaded not guilty to violation of a protective order, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $500 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended. Groom also pleaded guilty to violation of protective order, first offense. He was fined $510 with $500 suspended, charged $75 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Colt Travis Stonehocker, 41, pleaded not guilty to improper passing, in no-passing zone. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $450 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Eric Thompson, 42, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was fined $510 with $400 suspended, charged $25 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Kenneth Bryce Ballard, 35, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended and $35 in court costs.

Jacob Teal Kibodeaux, 27, pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court cost.

Faisal Suliman, 31, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for careless driving.

Shya Marie Hogan, 21, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle on highway. He was fined $75.

Riley Morgan Calbick, 20, pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Dona Lynn Krantz-Lee, 49, pleaded guilty to ROW violation, failure to yield to vehicle on through highway. She was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.

Cayse Nicole Matthews, 35, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of accident resulting in property damage over $1000 without permission from law enforcement. She was fined $300 with $100 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.

David Wayne Forwoodson, 66, forfeited a $200 fine and $35 in court costs for failing to obey direction to be weighed.

Sandra D. Burland, 56, pleaded guilty to failing to have vehicle equipped with 1 or 2 tail lamps as required. She was fined $60 and charged $25 in court costs.

Brock Charles Linderman, 22, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was fined $2000 with $1400 supended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

Edwin Andrew Hanson, 36, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $510 with $250 suspended, charged $25 in court costs, and sentenced to 2 days in jail.

Andrew T. Runkel, 19, forfeited a $250 fine and $35 in court costs for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Robert Frank Hermiston, 70, forfeited a $275 fine and $35 in court costs for failing to use, extend retractable axle when weight exceeds legal max for fixed axles.

Robert Lee McCutchen Jr., 26, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended, and charged $35 in court costs.

Clancy B. DuBois, 49, forfeited a $60 bond and $25 in court costs for displaying fictitious, altered, etc., license plates.

Kawehi Jeremy Michael Olson, 24, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs – marijuana (60 grams or less), first offense. He was fined $250 and charged $85 in court costs.

Parker Allen Adler, 18, forfeited a $50 fine, and $35 in court costs for type of PFD’s, boat length.

Michael Sean Crockett, 34, forfeited a $50 bond for insufficient personal flotation devices.

Keaton Jack Fischer, 16, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for operating in restricted waters or area.

Liam Richard Schoening, 21, forfeited $35 in court costs for operating a motorboat without proper registration or validation decals.

Kenneth Alan Slater, 65, forfeited $35 in court costs for insufficient flotation devises.

James Benjamin Tallmadge, 43, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for person under 12 years without personal flotation device.

Jeremy Lynn Wilke, 34, forfeited $35 in court costs for insufficient flotation devises.

Austin Wayne Krick, 23, forfeited a $160 fine and $35 in court costs for violation in a work zone.

Robert Kenneth Gifford, 63, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for ROW violation, failing to yield to vehicle on through highway.

David P. Ruoff, 63, forfeited a $45 fine and $35 in court costs for improper passing in no-passing zone.

Gabriel S. Morgan, 20, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over age 18), first offense. He was fined $300 with $200 suspended and charged $85 in court costs.

Kiyara M. McCue, 19, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over age 18), first offense. He was fined $300 with $200 suspended and charged $85 in court costs.

The following individuals forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for failure to stop at Invasive Species Management Area Check Station: Wally Jerome Wilson, 40; Emily B. Anderson, 35; Dennis L. Young, 76; Matthew John Anderson, 44; Jack Avery Nerison, 23; Robert Patrick Byrne, 51; Brent James Bell, 50; Justin R. Starin, 47; Jonathan A.
