Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases Aug. 3-30:

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Sean Patrick Marshall, 25, fined $55; Brad Lynn Richie, 27, fined $70; Adam Jason Von Olhausen, 53, fined $70; Reginald Ramirez Mandapat, 37, fined $70; Andrew T. Runkel, 20, fined $95; Dennis Patrick West, 68, fined $20; Jessica Crowley Larson, 36, fined $20; Daniel James Day Jr., 34, fined $120; Kristi Roylance Cordis, 58, fined $85; John Thomas Hart, 65, fined $20; Shane Thomas Kelly, 48 fined $95; Marshall Thayer Ennans, 31, fined $20; Brandon Bland, 21, fined $105; Shilo Marie Fritz, 43, fined $55; Thomas Michael Kreis, 25; fined $50; Stanley Joseph Oliver, 47, fined $20; Richard Carl Holmstrom III, 46, fined $65; Angela Marie Pritchett, 52, fined $20; Steven James Weyant, 20, fined $55; Shiyanne Honey Parker, 20, fined $55; James Steven Elliott, 57, fined $55.

The following individuals were found guilty of failing to stop at invasive species management area check station and were fined $55 and charged $35 in court costs: George N. Ybarra, 49; Katy J. Mccracken, 40; Jason D. Spadt, 46; Zachary L. Zenther, 37, Jerry A. Cantrell, 51; Debra Kay Sprague, 59.

Troy David Leistiko, 49, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 day suspended.

Travis Dylan Tatkenhorst, 19, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.02 percent BAC under the age of 21, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $300 suspended and charged $35 in court costs.

Erick Martin Olsson, 39, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $400 with $200 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Arthur Richard Mendoza Jr., 42, pleaded guilty to partner family member assault, causing reasonable apprehension of bodily injury in partner family member, second offense. He was fined $1000 with $1000 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 362 days suspended.

Jerrold Dean Reffner, 60, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for failing to obey traffic control device prohibiting lane change.

Robert Kazanowski, 50, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for improper passing – in no-passing zone.

Andrzej Pawel Kazanowski, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for improper passing – in no-passing zone.

Andrew Ricardo Arroyo, 22, forfeited a $50 fine and was charged $35 in court costs for careless driving.

Elijah Eric Dufour, 23, was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs for violation of DFWP rules and regulations.

Patricia Heesoo Kim, 21, forfeited a $50 fine and was charged $35 in court costs for careless driving.

Brenda L. Webb, 56, pleaded not guilty to partner or family member assault, causing bodily injury to partner or family member, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $1000 with $900 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 1 day in jail.

Cynthia A. Canon, 20, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over age 18), first offense. She was fined $300 with $200 suspended and charged $85 in court costs.

Teagan M. Gray, 18, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over age 18), first offense. She was fined $300 with $200 suspended and charged $85 in court costs.

Elfreda Belle Wilson, 57, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to purchase a trip permit immediately upon arrival in state. Wilson also forfeited a $200 fine and $25 in court costs for operating a commercial motor vehicle without a commercial driver’s license, first offense.

Elijah Eric Dufour, 23, forfeited a $50 fine and was charged $35 in court costs for violation of DFWP rules and regulations.

David Miller, 58, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $300 with $100 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Sandra D. Burland, 56, pleaded guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $300 with $100 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

John A. Shurtliff, 50, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $100 with $50 suspended and charged $85 in court costs. Shurtliff also pleaded not guilty to intoxicated pedestrian walking or standing on roadway or shoulder. He was found guilty and fined $110 with $50 suspended and charged $25 in court costs.

Kasey Allen Pier, 28, pleaded not guilty to assault with bodily fluid. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $500 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Dennis Myron Wedge, 47, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, second offense. He was fined $500 with $150 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.

Stanley Joseph Oliver, 47, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $500 with $400 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 2 days in jail with 2 days suspended.

Sarrena Ammen, 24, pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. She was found guilty and fined $500 with $500 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Richard Carl Holmstrom III, 46, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was fined $500 with $400 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Jessica Marie Miljies, 29, pleaded guilty to theft, obtain or exerts unauthorized control over property, first offense. She was fined $500 with $450 suspended and charged $85 in court costs.

Lee Edward Allen, 42, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for stop sign violation.

Orion Burnham, 44, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating a motorboat without proper registration or validation decals.

Rebecca Jewel Seiler, 55, pleaded not guilty to theft, obtain or exerts unauthorized control over property, first offense. He was fined $100 and charged $85 in court costs.

Teresa Christine Fryman, 51, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for improper passing – in no-passing zone.

David John Baldwin, 55, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for changing lanes when unsafe to do so.
