Lake County Justice of the Peace Randal Owens passed judgment on the following cases Nov. 30- Jan. 1:

Deo Juavante Alexander, 28, pleaded not guilty to partner or family member assault, causing bodily injury to partner or family member, first offense. He was found guilty and in a plea agreement was fined $1000 with $900 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended.

Chad Patrick Espinoza, 48, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and in a plea agreement was charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended and credit for 2 days.

Victor Manuel Pelayo Rosas, 29, was found guilty of sexual assault – misdemeanor, and in a plea agreement was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Donald E. Widner, 56, was found guilty of no motorcycle endorsement and was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs. Widner was also found guilty of driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was charged $500 with $250 suspended and charged $35 in court costs. In a second incident, Widner was again found guilty of driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was charged $500 with $250 suspended and charged $35 in court costs. In a third incident, Widner was again found guilty of driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was charged $500 with $250 suspended and charged $35 in court costs. Widner also pleaded guilty to ROW violation – failing to yield to authorized emergency vehicle, police vehicle. He was fined $60 and charged $25 in court costs.

Timothy Patrick Devlin, 29, pleaded not guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. He was found guilty and fined $100, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Brittney Marie Wersonic, 32, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty and fined $550 with $300 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 176 days suspended.

Jeffrey John Catterlin, 33, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and fined $550 with $300 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 176 days suspended.

William Lee Pitzer, 55, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $400 with $400 suspended. There was a change of plea.

John Xavier Billedeaux II, 19, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty and in a plea agreement fined $250 with $150 suspended and charged $85 in court costs.

Ryan Patrick Senechal, 41, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $100 and charged $35 in court costs. Senechal was also charged with basic rule-reasonable and prudent, first offense. He was found guilty and per a plea agreement there was no fine.

Shannon Renai Luikart, 48, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of negligent endangerment (substantial risk – death/serious bodily injury). She was given a deferred disposition of sentence ($500 fine, $85 in court costs and 30 days in jail) and 30 days credit time served through participation in inpatient treatment at The Recovery Center in Missoula.

Jordan Dwight Ward, 24, pleaded not guilty to aggravated driving under the influence, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $2000, with $1400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

Dalton Daniel Hall, 30, pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $300 with $200 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Alexis Helena Fritz, 35, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. She was found guilty and per a plea agreement was fined $350 with $100 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Michael Gangl, 28, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.

Andrew Earl Perkins, 25, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent blood alcohol content or greater, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $2000 with $1400 suspended and charged $35 in court costs.

Samuel Serea, 25, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of negligent endangerment (substantial risk-death/ serious bodily injury). He was found guilty and per a plea agreement was fined $300 with $100 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Raige Michael Steinebach, 23, pleaded not guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Dillon Rebecca Fitzpatrick, 26, pleaded not guilty to partner or family member assault, causing bodily injury to partner or family member, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 356 days in jail suspended and credited with 9 days.

Francis Joseph Guerin Jr., 52, pleaded guilty to following too closely, reasonable and prudent. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Chad T. Thelen, 42, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and per a plea agreement was fined $1000 with $900 suspended and charged $85 in court costs.

Kayla Lyn Fowler pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent blood alcohol content or greater, first offense. She was found guilty and per a plea agreement was fined $1000, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended.

Zachary Ian Glenn, 19, pleaded guilty to careless driving and was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Jason Robert Damon, 41, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended and charged $35 in court costs.

Matthew Ray Powell, 30, pleaded not guilty to partner family member assault, causing reasonable apprehension of bodily injury in partner/family member, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $1000 with $900 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 364 days suspended.

James Carson Christian, 21, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for failure to stop at Invasive Species Management Area Check Station.

Lauren Roy Christopher, 70, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent blood alcohol content or greater, first offense. He was fined $1000 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs, and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Deric Colton Denney, 19, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21, first offense. He was found guilty and per a plea agreement was fined $300 with $200 suspended and charged $85 in court costs. Denney also pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. He was found guilty and per a plea agreement was fined $200 with $200 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Colton Lee Wilson, 28, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of any dangerous drug, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $1000 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

Mark Anthony Davidson, 32, pleaded not guilty to criminal trespass to property. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended with $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Ginae Lynn Couture-Ware, 22, pleaded guilty to unlawful transactions with children, first violation. He was fined $500 with $400 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 1 day in jail with 1 day suspended.

Brian D. Henson, 40, pleaded not guilty to careless driving. He was found guilty and fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Charles Henry Zeiler Jr., 42, pleaded not guilty to partner family member assault, causing reasonable apprehension of bodily injury in partner/family member, first offense. He was found guilty and per a plea agreement was fined $1000 with $900 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 364 days suspended and credited with 1 day.

John Weston Hamilton III, 37, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of careless driving. He was found guilty and charged $200, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended.

Kimberly Ann Jean Joseph, 36, pleaded guilty to basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense. She was fined $85.

Anthony Wayne Oberhelman, 46, forfeited a $70 fine for unlawful possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle on highway.

Frank Clifford Robinson, 22, pleaded guilty to basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense. He was fined $85.

Jake Williams Zeiler, 19, pleaded guilty to basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense. He was fined $85.
