POLSON – The Polson Police Department executed two search warrants in February, resulting in seized evidence and arrests. Nobody was injured during the execution of either search warrant.

On Feb. 11, the Polson Police Department executed a search warrant on a hotel room in the Red Lion Inn as a result of a drug investigation. The Red Lion has zero-tolerance for illegal activity on the property and greatly aided in the success of this investigation.

At Red Lion, Quincy Bourdon-Courville was arrested for possession of dangerous drugs, possession with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and delivery and manufacturing of drug paraphernalia. Several items of evidence were seized as a result, such as methamphetamine, marijuana, multiple used syringes, and other various items of drug paraphernalia.

On Feb. 15, the police department conducted another raid as part of an unrelated drug investigation. That search warrant was executed at 307 10th Avenue West. Several items were seized as a result of this raid, including marijuana, marijuana concentrates (also known as THC extractions) and various items of drug paraphernalia. Brian Koso was arrested for possession with intent to distribute dangerous drugs (two counts), possession of dangerous drugs (two counts), possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence.
