Local school board members sworn back into office

LAKE COUNTY – Last week both the Polson School District and Ronan School District held online board meetings. Both districts administered the Oath of Office for recently re-elected school board trustees. On Monday, May 11, Polson School District board trustees Chanel Lake and Caroline McDonald took the oath. Lake and McDonald will continue to serve on the board until May of 2023. During the meeting, members voted unanimously to appoint Pamela Clary to fill the position for the office of district clerk.
Three members of the Ronan School District board were sworn back into office on Wednesday, May 13.
W. Robert Cornwell, Richard Janssen and Jesse Lytton will serve a term of three years.
