LAKE COUNTY — The Toys for Tots program helps provide gifts for children and will be taking applications for gift requests until Dec. 15.

The United States Marine Corps and the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation are honored to assist families and organizations to help bring the joy of Christmas and send a message of hope to America’s less fortunate children.
Due to the ongoing pandemic caused by the coronavirus, the local Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Campaign is taking many precautions to ensure the health, safety and welfare of families and organizations, as well as Marines and volunteers throughout the collection and distribution process. More information is available when applying for the program.
The members of the Marine Corps League Hellroaring Detachment 1041 on the Flathead Reservation partners with many local businesses, citizens of Lake County and national corporate partners. Donations, both monetary and new toys, are deeply appreciated. Please help with donations at one of our many donation centers throughout Lake County.
The mission of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program is to collect new and unwrapped toys. Donated toys are then distributed to needy children within the communities in which the campaign is conducted.
Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit public charity, is the fundraising support organization for the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program. The foundation was created at the behest of the U. S. Marine Corps and provides support in accordance with a Memorandum of Understanding with the Commander, Marine Forces Reserve, who directs the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program.
