Homer Lyle Colman, 67, of Arlee, entered a plea of not guilty to sexually abusing a child multiple times over the span of two years. The not-guilty-plea was heard during an arraignment hearing at District Court in Polson on Dec. 10.

The investigation began in April of 2019 and stemmed from a report made to the Child Protection Hotline. The child was seven years old when the alleged abuse began.

Judge Deborah “Kim” Christopher set a trial date for June 7.
