A Lake County man is facing felony drug charges after law enforcement allegedly found dealer amounts of methamphetamine and heroin in his vehicle. Keith Charles Baylor, 34, entered a plea of not guilty at District Court in Polson on July 8 to two counts of criminal possession with intent to distribute.

According to court records, on May 9, Baylor was the subject of a traffic stop for failing to signal before making a turn. Baylor was on probation and was wanted on an outstanding warrant. A search of the vehicle turned up a digital scale, 56 grams of methamphetamine and 12 grams of heroin.

Judge Deborah “Kim” Christopher set a trial date for Nov. 8. Baylor remains in the Lake County jail with bail set at $100,000.
