Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases July 19-25:

Patrick Wayne Hadley, 29, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of driving without a driver’s license. He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended and fined $400 plus $35 in court costs. Hadley also pleaded not guilty to operating without liability insurance, third or subsequent offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $500 plus $35 in court costs.

Christopher Patrick Bingham, 33, was found guilty of an amended offense of reckless driving, first offense. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 89 suspended. Bingham was also fined $300 plus $35 in court costs.

Justin Scott Lewis, 37, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended. Lewis was also fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.

Jason Lee Eberline, 26, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in jail with 89 suspended and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs.

Byron Ray Claflin, 57, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail with nine suspended and credited for one day served. Claflin was also fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.

Jedediah Paul Libby, 27, forfeited a $50 bond and paid $35 in court costs for following too closely.

Joseph Jay Blodgett, 54, pleaded guilty to improper passing in a no-passing zone. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs. Blodgett also pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance, first offense. He was sentenced to five days in jail with all suspended (six months suspended sentence), and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.

Aaron G. Lasco, 42; Robert M. Denning, 24; and Blake Sherman, 30, all forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for parking in prohibited spaces.

Robert S. Burnett, 65, forfeited two $105 bonds plus $70 in court costs for two offenses of unlawful purchase of or apply for resident license by a non-resident.

Thomas Franklin Scott, 59, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for turning when unsafe to do so.

Timothy Wayne Muth, 42, pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.

Ashley O. Lunde, 21, forfeited a $10 bond for insufficient personal flotation devices. Lunde also paid $35 in court costs.

Logan N. Foy, 27, forfeited a bond plus $35 in court costs for operating motorboat without proper registration or decals.

David R. Rehbein, 60, forfeited a $50 plus $35 in court costs for operating motorboat without proper registration or decals.

John W. McGreevey, 46, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for water skiers failing to use U.S. Coast Guard approved personal flotation device.

Clyde W. Owens, 55, forfeited a $500 bond and $35 in court costs for exceeding 34,000 pounds tandem axle weight limit. Owens also forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating in excess of gross vehicle weight license.

Thomas Lee Jaeger, 28, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for failure to display registration decals.

• The following people forfeited bonds for speeding: Ashlie Breanne Fromm, 24, $20; Kevin Keith Sweeney, 47, $70; Luke Kuenzel, 19, $20; James Harrison Pierce, 56, $20; David Walter Lauridsen, 58, $20; Lindat Tucker, 61, $60 plus $35 in court costs.
