Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases Aug. 16 – 22:

Matthew James Freeman, 23, pleaded guilty to speeding, driving 90 mph in a 70 mph zone. The court found him guilty and he was fined $40. Freeman also pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. He was found guilty, sentenced to two days in jail with all suspended, and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.

Deliah Suzanne Albee, 44, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for parking in a prohibited space.

Steve L. Rodriguez, 43, pleaded guilty to driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to five days in jail with three suspended, and fined $35 in court costs. Additionally, Rodriguez pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to five days in jail with all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.

Jadi Jo Reynolds, 32, pleaded guilty to speeding, driving 79 mph in a 55 mph zone. She was fined $60 plus $35 in court costs. Reynolds also pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance, first offense. She was found guilty and sentenced to two days in jail with all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.

Daylen K. Dupuis, 32, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for operating a motorboat or vessel for towing without an observer.

Mitthew S. Faas, 36, paid $35 in court costs for operating a motorboat without proper registration or validation decals.

Kathleen Grace Bryan, 21, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for a stop sign violation. She also forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.

Bethany Marie Colman, 19, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for following too closely.

Michael Duane Harp, 64, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for failing to drive to the right of the roadway except when passing.

Jon Edward Kvamme, 56, forfeited a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation.

Stacy S. Dueck, 39, forfeited a $150 bond plus $35 in court costs for operating in a reckless, negligent manner to endanger life, limb or property.

Scott G. Battaion, 55, forfeited a $10 bond plus $35 in court costs for insufficient personal flotation devices.

Palmer M. Scott, 26, forfeited a $47.73 bond plus $35 in court costs for failure to display registration decals.

• The following people forfeited bonds for speeding: Matthew James Platler, 41, $20 plus $35 in court costs; Morgan Rose Andres, 19, $30 plus $35 in court costs; Mallory Anne Phillips, 21, $20 plus $35 in court costs; Brandon Val Simmons, 26, $20; Eugene Howard Ashby, $20 plus $35 in court costs; Richard Rhodes McLean, 61, $30 plus $35 in court costs; Geni Gunlikson Laden, 66, $20 plus $35 in court costs; Jack D. McKnight, 65, $20; Rebecca Leah Bontadelli, 34, $20.
