Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases April 4-10:

Timothy Jay Costello, 53, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $400 and $85 in court costs and 180 days in jail with 179 suspended.

Kenneth W. Ill, 66, pleaded not guilty to criminal contempt. He was found guilty and fined $100 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended and two days credited. 

Blaine Squires Jensen, 42, pleaded not guilty to basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense. She was fined $85.

Aaron Wallace forfeited a $40 bond for speeding, interstate urban, exceeding night limit of 65 mph.

David Antony Garza, 48, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for improper passing, in no-passing zone.

Catherine Jasmine Baylor, 25, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, second offense. Se was fined $350 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 8 suspended.

The following individuals forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation: Donna Choate Skelton, 69, Jeffrey Leland Jennison, 24 and Jeffrey G. Meslin, 53. 

Chad Harold Shoemaker, 34, was found guilty of driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $250, $35 in court costs and 180 days in jail with 178 suspended. Shoemaker was also found guilty of operating without liability insurance in effect, third or subsequent offense. He was fined $450, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended. Shoemaker was also found guilty of displaying license plates assigned to another vehicle. He was fined $85 and $35 in court costs.

Daniel Wade Fisher, 42, pleaded guilty to speeding, exceeding restricted speed limit. He was fined $40 and $35 in court costs.

Gene Edward Linn II, 48, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

Daniel N. Savard, 56, pleaded guilty to failing to drive to right of roadway except when passing. He was fined $75 and $35 in court costs.

Clifford E. Bonner, 60, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.

Niche Pasqualia Mclure, 19, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia and was fined $100, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Charles B. Pluff, 21, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $250, $35 in court costs and 180 days in jail with 178 suspended.

James Robert Stevens, 48, pleaded guilty to speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit. He was fined $20 and $35 in court costs.

The following individuals forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph:  Bobby Clay Thiel, 53, Dakota Rae Peterson, 22, Michael Andrew Bliven, 45, and Steven Arthur Zetterberg, 58. 

Jared D. Diaddezio, 47, forfeited a $20 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

Cameron Timothy Vandunk, 26, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding night limit of 65 mph.

Dewayne L. Kemp, 47, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and was fined $250 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended.

Laura Talsma Nethercott, 55, forfeited a $20 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted speed limit.

Dallas Quinn Bahr, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.
