Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases July 18 -24:

David L. O’Farrell, 64, pleaded not guilty to criminal mischief pecuniary loss less than $1,500. He was found guilty and fined $100, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Ann Marie Irvine, 36, pleaded not guilty of driving without a valid drivers license. She was found guilty and fined $200, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended. Irvine was also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. She was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.

Cathy Ann Stephens, 55, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. She was fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended.

Bria J. Effertz, 27, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08% BAC or greater, second offense. She was found guilty and fined $600, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended.

The following individuals forfeited a $30 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeded restricted/special zone speed limit: Thomas Edward Ponton, 49; Stephen William Young, 44; Linda Kay Colbert, 56.

The following individuals forfeited $50 and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeded restricted/special zone speed limit: Nicole M. Dunkl, 27; Robert James Wimett, 60; Korey Zimmerman, 25; Chad Micah Cole, 33.

Vincent A. Kelly, 49, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty annd fined $1000, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended.

Jesse David Shewalter, 46, pleaded guilty to speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph. He was fined $135.

William Conrad Halliburton, 38, pleaded no contest to driving without a valid drivers license. He was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.

The following individuals forfeited $35 in court costs for operating a motorboat without proper registration or validation decals: Jacqueline Jae Wells, 21; Elijah L. Inabnic, 24.

The following individuals forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating a motorboat or vessel for towing without an observer: Brian M. Malone, 21; Bradley A. Graeter, 57.

Matthew Christian Duncan, 19, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over the age of 18), second offense. He was fined $200 and $85 in court costs. Duncan also pleaded guilty to intoxicated pedestrian walking or standing on roadway or shoulder. He was fined $25 and $35 in court costs.

Michale Phillips, 34, pleaded guilty to seatbelt violation and was fined $20. Phillips also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $350, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended. Phillips also pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, second offense. He was fined $350, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended.

The following individuals forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation: Lawanda F. Sias, 40; Daniel Lee Stepina, 27.

Matthew Mark Lee, 53, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding interstate urban, exceeding night limit of 65 mph.

The following individuals forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph: Tara Leigh Koyle, 35; Jay J. Petrone, 34.

Willie J. Graham, 54, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. He was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.

Anthony Donald Bontadelli, 40, forfeited a $20 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.
