Judge Sharon Richardson dealt with the following cases July 1-July 31:
The following people were found guilty of speeding: Donald Henkins, 53, going 37 mph in a 25 mph zone, $50 fine; Mark Christianson, 58, going 35 mph in a 25 mph zone, $50 fine; Corrine Kirscher, 60, $75 fine; Karin Monchek, 58, going 62 mph in a 45 mph zone, $75 fine; Joseph Kuefler, 41, going 45 mph in a 25 mph zone, $75 fine; William Van Horn, 61, going 59 mph in a 45 mph zone, $75 fine; Claudette Beckendorf, 72, going 67 mph in a 45 mph zone, $75 fine; David Passieri, 45, going 39 mph in a 25 mph zone, $75 fine; Derf Bergman, 57, going 35 mph in a 25 mph zone, $35 fine; Jonah Bergman, 21, going 61 mph in a 45 mph zone, $75 fine.
Joseph Kuefler, 41, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $100 and sentenced to 6 months in jail, all suspended.
Jonah Bergman, 21, was found guilty of operating with expired registration. He was fined $40.
