Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases July 25-31:

Nichole Laura Hansen, 40, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.

Brenda Williams, 22, forfeited a $150 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.

Teralynn Flink, 41, pleaded not guilty to operating with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $400, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Orissa Shontrell Matt, 25, pleaded guilty to seatbelt violation and was fined $20. Matt also pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, second offense. She was fined $350, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 174 days suspended.

Michael Derek Walker, 32, pleaded no contest to careless driving. He was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.

Kristen Jon Wurster, Jr., 31, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation.

Brian Howard Gilliam, 36, forfeited $135 fine with $35 suspended and $35 in court costs. Gilliam also forfeited $20 for seatbelt violation.

The following individuals forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted speed limit: Erik Rodriguez, 25, and Beverly Warren-Leigh, 55.

The following individuals forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph: Bryan Alan Baldwin, 30, and Gregg Roy Walker, 68.

Thomas Ragen, 41, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was fined $250 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended.

The following individuals forfeited $50 fine and $35 in court costs for insufficient personal flotation devices: Luann N. Bray, 55, and Merritt N. Dunham, 72.

Mitchell James, 50, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended. If defendant provides proof of valid license by Sept. 30, jail shall be waived. James also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.

Jake Booher, 35, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for operating a vessel in restricted area/manner.

Julienne J. Flanagin, 44, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for improper passing, in no passing zone.

Kail Edmond Pope, 18, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

The following individuals forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for improper passing, in no passing zone: Trey Merrick Jorgenson, 18, and Gregory Lewis Kempker, 42.

Kelly Stensrud, 41, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for operating a motorboat or vessel for towing without an observer.

Sidney Hahn, 40, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for failure to display registration decals.

Brian Rogers, 51, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for allowing a person under 12 years to be without a personal flotation device.

Ryan G. Piedale, 34, forfeited a $30 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

Daryl K. MacCarter, 67, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

Kathryn Jean Veazey, 66, forfeited a $20 fine and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special speed zone speed limit.

Arthur Duane Mann, 67, forfeited a $60 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special speed zone speed limit.

Mark William Shrives, 59, forfeited a $30 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special speed zone speed limit.

Kathy Crockett, 54, forfeited $35 in court costs for operating a motorboat without proper registration or validation.

Victoria Lee Price, 22, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding on non-interstate-exceeding day limit of 70 mph.
