Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases from Aug. 1-7:

The following individuals forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph: Steven Flockhart, 41; Stuart Robert Thompson, 41.

Richard Wayne Snyder, 37, pleaded not guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. He was fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended. Snyder also pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. He was found guilty and fined $350, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended and 3 days credited time.

Wendy Gail Holzinger, 56 pleaded not guilty to reckless driving, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with all suspended.

Heather Marie Greenwood, 40, pleaded no contest to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. She was fined $250, $35 in court costs, and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended and 6 months suspended fine period.

The following individuals forfeited a $20 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit: Llowell Yellowhorn, 34; Steven Michael Compton, 60; William Mack Johnson, III, 35; Brayden Strate, 23.

David Buck Wallace, 37, forfeited a $60 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

The following individuals forfeited a $30 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit: Matthew Joseph Andrew Griego, 23; John Henry Newman, 64.

The following individuals forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit: John Joseph Griffin, 64; Todd Allen Sisson, 46.

Thomas Allen Stanley, 44, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

The following individuals forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit: Kory Christopher Ross, 29; Cody Gyzeny, 21.

The following individuals forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for insufficient personal flotation devices: Paul A. Delaney, 49; Alan B. Smith, 33.

Kyle Christian Yankey, 20, forfeited a $10 bond and $35 in court costs for insufficient personal flotation devices.

Neil R. Pedersen, 38, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for water skiers failing to use US Coast Guard approved personal flotation devices.

Deanne N. Bean, 28, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating a motorboat or vessel for towing without an observer.

Betancourt Jose Angel, 41, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. He was fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail.

The following individuals forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation: Jason Earl Gohl, 28; Linda Louise Utley, 64; Shirley Ann Mclaughlin, 75; Michael Barth Lyons, 34; Bryan Todd Freeze, 27; Christopher Engh Johnson, 53; Laurance Farmer Phillips, 64; Benjamin James Montgomery, 33; Jo Scandrett Persons, 31.

Brenton Max Stanley, 28, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.

Austin Mccormick, 18, forfeited a $100 bond and $35 in court costs for littering, dumping/leaving any garbage/dead animal/refuse/debris.

Brodie Williams, 30, forfeited $35 in court costs for operating a motorboat without proper registration or validation decals.

James Conlisk Pumpelly, 79, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for failing to slow/use caution/move away from a stationary emergency vehicle/police vehicle.

Suzanne Bernice Speckert, 47, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.

William Rodrick, 59, forfeited a $175 fine and $35 in court costs for exceeding 34,000 pounds tandem axle weight limit.
