RONAN – The Chiefs toppled Thompson Falls 31-26 at home on Friday bringing their fans to their feet in screaming applause of excitement. 

Colton McCrea, Logan Hakes and Kasey Mock each scored twice for the Chiefs with McCrea scoring a 75-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Justin Krahn. Hakes toted the ball 16 times for 58 yards while teammate Mock added 61 yards on 13 carries.

Krahn threw for 160 yards completing five of 15 for the Chiefs and chipped in another 84 on the ground.

The Chiefs will head to St. Ignatius Oct. 17 to take on valley rival Mission Bulldogs.
