I would like to thank Berl Tiskus for her time and dedication, putting together the great article in the Valley Journal last week, about the Lake County 911 Center. The photos that Nicole Tavenner submitted were beautiful as well. I would also like to thank everybody who was interviewed, from dispatchers to responders, for their kind words and insight.
Dispatch can be a tough, but rewarding job with seldom a dull moment. The dispatchers deserve the pat on the back that your article gave them and they appreciate that your article gave the public a view into the world of dispatch.
