RONAN – The Chiefs ended their season on a high note with 41-6 smashing over Florence-Carlton, ending their season run at 5-2 overall, 2-2 in league.

With packed stands of fans that came to honor their beloved Chiefs, seniors made the final walk on senior night with their families to receive a big round of gratitude and applause from Ronan’s big hometown support.

Senior Logan Hakes led in rushing for the Chiefs, putting 121 yards of grass under his feet on 14 carries, including a touchdown.

Three senior receivers logged four catches off of quarterback Justin Krahn’s 15 complete tosses, covering 191 yards. Colton McCrea, Cole Snyder and Bryce Cullen each scored on the catches with Cullen seeing pay dirt twice.

Ronan’s season may be over and the seniors may be saying good-bye, but the Chief’s will continue their postseason hunt next year with an arsenal of young players just waiting to make their stamp on the Chief football program.
