Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases Oct. 24-30:
Shann L. Krahn, 29, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $350, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 5 days in jail. He also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was fined $250 and $35 in court costs. Krahn also pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. He was fined $50 and $35 in court costs. Krahn pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (60 grams or less), first offense. He was fined $100 and $85 in court costs. He also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia and was fined $100 and $85 in court costs.
Rachelle Mary Mathis, 33, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. She was fined $300 and $85 in court costs.
The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Leslie Renee Kaldo, 52; Steven Lynn Williams, 64; Heather Renae Dunn, 22; Steven Menchaca, 50; Diane Pauline Aquilar, 59; Brittany Rae Nordberg, 24; Cecelia J. Frontero, 54; Parker Jules Beckley, 25; Cameron Timothy Vandunk, 27.
Samuel Shawn Dempsey, 33, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, 1st offense. He was found guilty and fined $400 and $85 in court costs and 6 months suspended.
Jonathan Wesley Owens, 30, forfeited a $100 fine and $35 in court costs for failing to pay DFWP fee.
Erica L. Angelos, 27, forfeited a $75 bond for unlawful possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle on highway.
Jared Andrew Stewart, 32, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. Stewart also forfeited a $20 fine for seatbelt violation.
Glenn Vincent Gustafson, 47, forfeited a $50 bond for improper passing in no passing zone.
Joe Charles McDonald, 61, was found guilty of failing to follow conditions and requirements of special permit and was fined $100 and $35 in court costs.
Scott Arnold Lynch, 69, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for operating without over-dimensional (size) permit.
Austin Nicholas Boose, 36, forfeited a 450 bond and $35 in court costs for exceeding the 102-inch width limit.
Jeffry Lane Vanboven, forfeited a $100 bond and $35 in court costs for no log book in possession.
