Judge Justin L. Bartels dealt with the following cases from March 4-25, 2010:
Lesle Edwards, 24, pleaded guilty to speeding - going 35 mph in a 25 mph zone. She was found guilty and fined $65.
Timothy Oroake, 25, pleaded guilty to reckless driving. He was found guilty, fined $300, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.
Nicholus Barber, 29, pleaded guilty to reckless driving. He was found guilty, fined $300, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended.
Jason White, 24, pleaded guilty to reckless driving. He was found guilty, fined $300, charged 35 in court costs, and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.
Kyla Marie Allred, 28, forfeited her bond of $40 for speeding, going 40 mph in a 25 mph zone.
Steven Lyle Rosenbaum, 49, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - first offense a seatbelt violation. He was found guilty of both offenses. For failure to carry proof he was fined $40, charged $35 in court cost, and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended. For the seatbelt violation, he was fined $20.
Steven Truman, 31, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect - first offense and driving under the influence of alcohol - first offense. He was found guilty of both offenses. For operating without liability, he was fined $250, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended. For driving under the influence, he was fined $600, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to six months in jail with 179 days suspended.
Slade House, 43, forfeited his bond of $20 for speeding, going 35 mph in a 25 mph zone.
