Judge Sharon Richardson dealt with the following cases during December, 2014:
Davida Medina, 29, per a plea agreement, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of driving without a driver’s license. She was found guilty and sentenced to six months in jail, all suspended, and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.
Jacob Hoffman, 25, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without making application for transfer of registration. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs. Additionally, Hoffman pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and was sentenced to six months in jail, all suspended. Hoffman was also fined $200 plus $35 in court costs.
The following people forfeited bonds for speed violations: Gary Hall, 45, $50; Darin Price, 47, $50; Paula Zimmer, 71, $50; Chris West, 57, $75; Holly Hoff, 32, $75; Jacob Baynham, 30, $75; Tina Forman, 49, $75; Rich Nerison, 54, $75; Maxine Whitson, 73, $75; Mark Pirrie, 43, $75; Robert Van Voast, 29, $100.
