Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases Jan. 23-29:
Steven Jay Richardson, 32, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and sentenced to 2 days in jail and fined $35 in court costs. Richardson also pleaded not guilty to failing to carry/display registration receipt as required. He was fined $35 in court costs.
Leona Marlene Spittler, 25, pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $250 and $35 in court costs.
The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation: Anthony John Woods, 62; Taylor Marie Courville, 20; Robert Ryan Thurman, 18; Travis William Adams, 29.
Natalie Joy Andrews, 27, forfeited an $85 bond for basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense.
The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Zane Aaronmenicucci Foster, 21; Leslie J. Furber, 66; Ross William Fullerton, 20; Haley Tanae Gladeau, 19; Natalie Amanda Rich, 29; Susan Kay Johnson, 51; Chad C. Rothacher, 41.
Charlie Mortie Bacon, Jr., 54, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.
Abigail Catherine Eyre, 37, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. She was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.
Philip Erick Greenwod, 22, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $50 and $35 in court costs.
