Harry L. Britton
POLSON — Harry L. Britton, 82, passed away peacefully on Friday, Feb. 12, 2010 at St. Joseph Medical Center after a year-long battle with a brain tumor.
Born and raised in Great Falls, Harry’s outgoing personality was a valuable asset in his career as a salesman. He worked many years as a building materials sales rep before owning his own store in Washington.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Margie Rae.
He is survived by sons, Chris (Suzanne) Britton and Ken (Lorie) Britton; and daughter, Diane McEvers; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held Tuesday, Feb. 23, 11 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church in Polson, with Rev. David Anson officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the Swedish Neuroscience Institute, or to the Montana Cancer Center.
