Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases for Feb. 27-March 5:
Jennifer Falk Sandiford, 37, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct. She was found guilty and fined $100 and $85 in court costs.
Keyan Lee Marshall, 19, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. He was found guilty and fined $200, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 6 months in jail with 6 months suspended.
Walter Eriend Thorne, 49, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and fined $200, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended. Thorne also pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, second offense. He was found guilty and fined $600, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended.
Brian James Stanley, 24, pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was fined $50 and $35 in court costs. Stanley also pleaded guilty to seatbelt violation. He was fined $20.
Jeffery Daniel Fredenberg, 44, forfeited a $100 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to follow conditions and requirements of special permit.
Kevin Cecil Johnston, Jr., 24, forfeited a $250 bond and $35 in court costs for permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance.
Chris Thomas Dawson, 68, pleaded not guilty to careless driving. He was found guilty and fined $50 and $35 in court costs.
The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation: Angie Rose Lux, 24; Shawn Theodore Damon, 41.
The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Brandon Taylor Bousman, 20; Boyd Stanley Smith, 54; Timothy Mark Baker, 59; Emily Rose Smith, 20; Christopher Joseph Palmer, 42; Wanda M. Wengerd, 35; Terry Suezanne Thorne, 46; James Richard Thies, 67; Dallas Nicole Wilson, 18.
Sandra Lynn Blayden, 54, forfeited a $250 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to show drivers license to other parties involved in accident (two vehicles-both attended).
Joseph Lee Steenburgh, 48, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for improper passing, crowding overtaken vehicle.
Jessica Beth Washburn, 39, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
Nathan J. Wagner, 18, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21, (over age 18), first offense. He was fined $100 and $85 in court costs.
Garrett Alexander Hibbs, 23, pleaded guilty to seatbelt violation. She was fined $20. Hibbs also pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. She was fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.
Kathleen Brown Hicks, 62, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for improper passing, in no passing zone.
Lynette Renee Hinshaw-Duford, 43, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration-failure to reregister.
