Judge Douglas A. Olson dealt with the following cases from Jan. 2-14:
Tahnyia M. Lynn, 40, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of negligent endangerment, substantial risk - death or serious bodily injury, a misdemeanor. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $1,000 plus $85 in court costs.
Christopher Robin Ellenwood, Jr., pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs.
Christina Jane Pittenger, 34, pleaded no contest to theft, obtains or exerts unauthorized control over property, first offense. She was sentenced to one day in jail and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs.
Justin Wayne Crandall, 41, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Justin Lee McBroom, 18, pleaded guilty to criminal possession o dangerous drugs, a felony. He was found guilty, sentenced to one day in jail, and fined $385.
Jeremiah John Couch, 29, pleaded no contest of disorderly conduct. He was fined $60 plus $85 in court costs. Couch also entered a no contest plea for partner or family member assault, first offense. He was sentenced to one day in jail and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.
