POLSON – Ice cream is clearly God’s way of saying he likes us a little bit chubby.
The hearing clinic will be here on March 24, from 9-11 a.m. We still have a few boxes of assorted See’s candy left.
The seniors’ no-tap bowling group saw Frani Basta taking the women’s high game with a 180, narrowly edging Claudia Barry’s 178. Jesse Barry had high men’s game with 252. Brenda Williams’ 489 nailed the women’s series while Jesse Barry’s 675 captured the men’s series. Brenda Williams and Claudia Barry scored high handicap series with 687 and 680 respectively. Walter Reznicek rolled 802 for the men’s handicap series.
Our lunch menu for the coming week will be:
• Thursday, March 19: baked ham, scalloped potatoes
• Friday, March 20: cheeseburgers
• Monday, March 23: beef barley soup, ham sandwich
• Tuesday, March 24: meatloaf, mashed potatoes
• Wednesday, March 25: turkey pot pie
Lunch is served from 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
