Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases for Jan. 30-Feb. 5:
Scott Douglass Swingle, 41, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, first offense. He was fined $150 and $35 in court costs.
Troy Ronald Grovom, 50, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $400, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.
Tara Monique Finley, 27, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty and fined $400, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 160 days suspended and 20 days home time.
Jasmine Marie Mousel, 27, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $400, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 173 days suspended.
Benjamin Lloyd Ferrencz, 39, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for improper passing, in a no-passing zone.
Jennifer Ann Thomas, 46, pleaded guilty to violation of Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks rules and regulations for dog off leash. She was fined $20 and $35 in court costs.
Tanner Clay Ellis, 59, forfeited a $30 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
Scott Douglas Swingle, 41, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, second offense. He was fined $350 and $35 in court costs.
Aaron Anthony Mather, 22; pleaded guilty to seatbelt violation and was fined $20. Mather also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, second offense. He was fined $350 and $35 in court costs.
Steven W. Hoshor, 34, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. He was fined $350 and $35 in court costs.
The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and forfeited a $20 bond: Trevor Adam Wadsworth, 23; Jeannie Loraine Bays, 48; Leonard Salomon, 49.
The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Michael Reto Braun, 44; Kyle K. Vandenbos, 25; Michael Roberts, 58; Stephen Daniel Oregan, 52; Dale I. Zorn, 79; Donald Calvin Harring, Jr., 58.
