Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases Feb. 17-23:

Jessica Marie Dooley, 35, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 170 suspended, and fined $450 plus $35 in court costs. If Dooley provides proof of a valid driver’s license by March 17, jail time will be reduced to five days.

Christopher Daniel Snyder, 32, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, second offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight suspended, and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs. If Snyder provides proof of six months continuous insurance, jail will be waived. Snyder also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. If he provides proof of a valid driver’s license, jail will be waived.

Antonio Joseph Trembly, 19, pleaded guilty to fleeing from or eluding a peace officer. He was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs. Trembly also pleaded guilty to improper turning, not in required position. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs. Trembly also pleaded guilty to a stop sign violation. He was found guilty and fined $50.

Amanda Gullotta, 32, pleaded guilty to speeding, traveling 77 mph in a 65-mph zone. She was found guilty and fined $20 plus $35 in court costs. Gullotta also pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs. Gullotta also pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. She was found guilty and fined $65 plus $35 in court costs.

Gabriel James Ouellette, 30, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.

Collette C. Wilson, 23, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, second offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight suspended, and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs. If Wilson provides proof of six months continuous insurance, the two days of jail time will be waived.

Delta Dawn English, 26, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 175 suspended, and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.
