Larson, 54, fined $20; Kristin M. Wanda Maass Hartung, 50, pleaded guilt to failing to carry proof or exhibit/insurance in vehicle-owner or operator-first offense. She was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.
Donald Ray McLeod, 31, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $100, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended.
David John Kneedler, 53, forfeited a $300 bond and $35 in court costs for exceeding 34,000 pounds tandem axle weight limit.
Kathleen Turnbull Ehlers, 62, forfeited a $100 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to follow conditions and requirements of special permit.
Rachel E. Schmidt, 37, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol – third offense. She was found guilty and fined $1,000, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 12 months in jail with 30 days suspended.
William Johnson, 26, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving – first offense. He was found guilty and fined $200, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended and 3-days credited days served. Johnson also pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended. Johnson also pleaded not guilty to fleeing from or eluding a peace officer. He was found guilty and fined $300, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 363 days suspended. Johnson also pleaded not guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. He was found guilty and fined $100, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.
Donald William Thomas Peterson, 23, pleaded not guilty to leaving the scene of an accident resulting in property damage over $1,000 without permission from law enforcement. He was fined $200, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended. Peterson also pleaded not guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect – first offense. He was found guilty and fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended.
Donald William Thomas Peterson, 23, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater – second offense. He was fined $600, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended.
Casey Joseph Caton, 26, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater – first offense. He was found guilty and fined $400, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 6 months in jail with all suspended.
William Johnson, 26, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.
Jonathan Wayne Snyder, 35, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol – first offense. He was fined $400, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended and 1-day credited time. Snyder also pleaded guilty to fleeing from or eluding a peace officer. He was fined $200, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended and 1-day credited time.
Harley Davidson Coates, 29, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license, expired more than 180 days. He was found guilty and fined $100, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 6 months in jail with all suspended.

Jerry Lewis Austin, 72, pleaded guilty to permitting animals to run at large, herd district. He was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.
Bret Scott Almos, 18, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for careless driving.
David Alan Lybert, 59, forfeited a $100 bond and $35 in court costs for a vehicle not placarded as required.
Richard Bailey Schreiber, forfeited a $20 bond and $35 in court costs for operating a vehicle which has not been properly registered.
Fred Michael Downing Jr., 64, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle – owner or operator-second offense. He was fined $350 and $35 in court costs.
David Alan Lybert, 59, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for careless driving.
Adelbert Paul Ackerman, 49, forfeited a $250 bond and $35 in court costs for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance-first offense.

Eric Stanley Woloson, 39, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $400, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 6 months in jail with all suspended.
Ryan D. Guy, 22, pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs – marijuana (60 grams or less) – first offense. He was found guilty and fined $200 and $85 in court costs. Guy also pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was found guilty and fined $200 and $85 in court costs.
Kathleen Grace Bryan, 22, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. She was found guilty and fined $100 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 6 months in jail with all suspended. Bryan also pleaded not guilty to speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph. She was fined $40. Bryan also pleaded not guilty to seatbelt violation. She was found guilty and fined $20.

Gloria Jean Curl, 63, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for parking in prohibited space.
Preston S. Peterson, forfeited a $100 bond and $35 in court costs for littering-dumping/leaving any garbage/dead animal/debris.

Richard Theodore Hunter, Jr., 37, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater-second offense. He was fined $600, $85 in court costs and 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended.
Matthew Christian Duncan, 20, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.02 percent or BAC under 21 years of age, second offense (over 18). He was found guilty and fined $350, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 6 months in jail with all suspended.
