RONAN — Our focus this week is having a swell time together as we celebrate life — no rush and no clamor, just good times. Bring yourself to the Mission Valley Senior Citizen’s Center, 528 Main Street, Ronan. Age limit is no problem as all are welcomed. Those 60 years old and older are just $4 per meal; for those younger than 60 the meal is just $5. Good food for a super price. It’s a Senior Center that is here to serve our citizens. Give us a try. We’re going to start Bingo again; details coming. Also we have crafts on Wednesdays at 1 p.m., cards the third Monday at 7 p.m., a foot clinic is held the second Wednesday from 10 a.m. to noon with Jane, and coming in June, 90-year-olds and older, the meal is free.
The menu for our delicious food, served every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at noon, is:
— May 27: Turkey, dressing, vegetables, fruit, rolls
— May 29: Roast beef, mashed potatoes, vegetable, garden salad, fruit
— June 1: Chinese, rice, stir-fry, salad
— June 3: Hot pork sandwiches, mashed potatoes, vegetable, fruit
