ARLEE — Viola Mae Daney Tanner was born Aug. 12, 1925, and died March 10, 2015. After graduation she married her best friend and constant companion, Harold Tanner. They were married Sept. 10, 1943, making almost 72 years. In January of 1945, a son, Rex, joined the family.
Viola was known for her strong will and hard work, enjoying her beautiful gardens and raising pigs.
She lived all of her 89 years in Arlee as a wife, mother and friend.
We are inviting you to help us celebrate her life June 14, 2015, to be held in Arlee at the Brown Building, from 1-4 p.m.
We will furnish hamburgers, hot dogs, cake and ice cream. Others have joined in to bring salad.
