Judge Sharon Richardson dealt with the following cases in August:

Franz A. Mckibbin, 50, pleaded guilty to issuing a bad check. He was found guilty and fined $50.

Antony Bossy, 37, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. He was found guilty, sentenced to six months and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.

The following people forfeited bonds for speeding: Charles Paul Kleffner, 67, $75; Max Koehn, 54, $75; Jessie D. Nelson, 33, $75 and a $50 bond for operating with expired registration; Nathan Drew Fetters, 37, $50; Grant Todd Peterson, 44, $50; Kristie Loretta Turner, 42, $50.
