Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases for May 29-June 4:
The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: Jason Edward McLeod, 38; David Ray Cleveland, 20; Robert Dean Brockway, 68; David Shawn Bennett, 45.
The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Tyler Jerome Ingraham, 47, fined $40; Taylor Austin Murrey, 20, fined $55; Whitney Jo Williams, 19, fined $55; Nikolay V. Bondarenk, 63, fined $40; Joseph Noel Hill, 20, fined $20; Shaylene Shirley Piedalue, 29, fined $55; Scott Alan Winchell, 46, fined $20; Bekky Gray Hashley, 49, fined $65; Rachel Lynn Stevens, 20, fined $35; Patricia Nadine Winneberger, 68, fined $55; Meganne Janet Anderson, 36, fined $20; Terry Lynn Henderickson, 65, fined $20; Mary Andrejiza Sievers, 20, fined $20; Jack Moffet, $65; Jenna Marie Mcconville, 27, fined $20; Staci Udall, 25, fined $20;
Jamie Michille Westermeyer, 26, pleaded guilty to driver without a valid driver's license. She was fined $250, and $35 in court costs. Westermeyer also pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, second offense. She was fined $350 and $35 in court costs.
Marie Lynette Cyphers, 48, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, second offense. She was found guilty and fined $700, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 173 days suspended.
Jason Edward McLeod, 38, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $50 and $85 in court costs.
Todd Gee Dull, 49, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating a vehicle, which has not been properly registered. Dull also pleaded not guilty to exceeding max gross weight allowed any group of axles (bridge formula). She was fined $300 and $35 in court costs.
Christopher Brian Templer, 58, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $400, and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.
Jennifer Kathleen Hendrickson, 36, forfeited a $20 fine for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph. She also forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
Steven M. Fainter, 38, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
Leigh Bolin Smith, 37, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for careless driving.
James Gustin, 33, forfeited a $100 fine and $35 in court costs for violation of commission or department orders or rules.
Zimmie Jo Knutson, 33, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
Brad Thomas Forman, 50, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
Amy Lee Groom, 41, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. She was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.
