Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases for June 5-11:

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Bryan William Hovda, 39, fined $180; Justin Douglas Hamborsky, 38, fined $140; Daniel A. Sherwood, 49, fined $70; Alexis Miranda Guier, 27, fined 65; Maxim Danilov, 27, fined $40; Alan Richard Fryslie, 60, fined $20; Carol Sue Larsson, 54, fined $20; Jared Joseph White, 24, fined $55; Stephen E. Boone, 64; April Gay O’Neal, 42, fined $20; Violet Marie Benson, 41, fined $20; Patrick Dylan Duncan, 23, fined $20; Darlene Rae Gilchrist, 63, fined $65; Richard Frederick Galbraith, 71, fined $65; Courtney Dawn Heath, 17, fined $20; Treasa Glinnwater, 63, fined $20; Alexander Edward Burkhalter, 33, fined $20.

The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: Jonathan Marshall Polk, 42; Lee Edward Allen, 39; Shannon Delon Brost, 50; Ryan Jerry Black, 26; Charla M. Lake, 31; Jay Allen Berner, 40; Chase Thomas McConnell, 29.

Veronica Anne Patrick, 35, pleaded not guilty to failing to have child under 6 years old and less than 60 pounds, properly restrained. She was found guilty and fined $50 and $35 in court costs.

Dustin Jaman Anderson, 33, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. He was found guilty and fined $200, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Alfred Henry Mcleod, III, 25, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and was fined $50, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Cort A. Walhood, 32, pleaded not guilty to negligent endangerment (substantial risk-death/serious bodily injury). He was found guilty and fined $500, $85 in court costs and 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended.

Nick Burland, 28, was found guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol, third offense. He was fined $1000, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 335 days suspended.

Veronica Anne Patrick, 25, pleaded not guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. She was fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended. Patrick also pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. She was found guilty and fined $100, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Tara Marilyn Evans, 34, pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. She was fined $350, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 8 days suspended and 6 days home time. (Two days jail time or 6 days house arrest.)

Brandon James Miller, 29, forfeited a $100 bond and $35 in court costs for fishing without a license.

Arionna Jordan Miller, 18, forfeited a $250 fine and $35 in court costs for operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense.

Steven Robert Flores, 47, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for no motorcycle endorsement.

Annie Jean Kolanttukudy, 51, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. She was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.

Semisi Misa, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. She was fined $250, and $35 in court costs.

Nathan David Buck, 22, pleaded guilty to seatbelt violation and was fined $20. Buck also pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, second offense. He was fined $350 and $35 in court costs.

Shantel Coleen Watson, 45, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. She was found guilty and fined $100, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Annelise M. Feiler, 18, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. She was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.
